If you want a clean and friendly place to stay and relax in Pattaya Thailand, then BI Guesthouse is the place for you. We are a great value and we are located on the Corner of 3 rd Road and Soi 11, just 1 block South of Central Pattaya Road and 2 blocks from Carrefour shopping area. We are in a quiet area yet only 2 blocks from Soi Buakhao, 4 blocks from 2nd Road in Pattaya. It’s a short ride or walk to Beach Road and a short ride to the famous "Pattaya Walking Street Area". We are American owned and operated business and we welcome all to visit and stay with us, we want to make your stay, a fun and pleasant one here in  Pattaya. Thailand is known as the land of smiles and friendly faces.

BI Guesthouse is located above the Pizza Plus Cafe and Friendly's Restaurant, so a late night snack or dinner is no problem to dine in or deliver to your room if you want. Our daily room rates include a 65 Baht credit for breakfast or lunch, for those of you who get up late. We are small enough to serve you with a friendly smile and great personal service. You will find our staff more than willing to assist you with most of your needs while you are on holiday here in Pattaya Thailand.

Our small and medium rooms are good for the budget minded who will visit us for just a few days. Our large 1 room and 2 room units are for those who will be visiting us for 2 weeks or more, and we have a few 3 room apartments for those who want more room and plan to visit for one, two months or maybe even a longer stay. Taxi From Bangkok To Pattaya Service 

The drive down to BI Guest-House, in Pattaya is about 147 kilometers from Bangkok. It takes around 2 hours by taxi, to Pattaya from the airport. It will cost about 1500-2000 baht for the trip by private car or taxi. You can also make trip cheaper by using the Bus Service at the airport or in Bangkok. One of the regular air-conditioned buses will take you directly to Pattaya, which departs from the airport or Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal on the Sukumvit Road or from the Northern Bus Terminal and reaches Pattaya within two hours. After arriving at the city centre of Pattaya you can conveniently catch a minibus or taxi to reach any location in Pattaya safely. The cost for the bus and local Pattaya taxi, around 800 baht. A word of caution, this should be done by the experienced Thailand traveler and not the first timer, because you can get lost or one the wrong bus. Having us at BI Guesthouse, pick you up and directly transport you to Pattaya is the best way to assure that the many Professional Sharks located and waiting for you at as you leave the airport terminal or most anywhere in Bangkok, does not sucker you into sometime more than you wanted or needed. The cost is about 1600 Baht depending on your arrival time.

You can take your favorite drink and unwind at our mini-bar which is located in Friendly’s Restaurant and meet friends or just enjoy yourself and relax. The computer minded traveler can access our WIFI high-speed Internet to carry on with your emails or business.
